Collection is only available from our Birmingham store located at Box.co.uk, First avenue, Minworth, Birmingham B76 1BA, collection times Monday - Friday, 9 - 5:30, Sat 10 - 4.
2.) Check the product is in stock
3.) Click on the above box to see when collection is available
It will either say 2 hours or 24 Hours
4.) When will your order be ready to collect?
It is important to note that we only process orders Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm (excluding bank holidays)

5.) Order On-line
You must order on this website and your order will be dispatched to the collection point, this takes between 2 – 24 hours depending on the product you choose. Add your product to the basket and order online as normal clicking on the below box to select collection.
6.) Once you have ordered you will then receive 3 emails

7.) Come and collect remembering to bring the following :
1.) Order Reference Number
2.) Payment Card used for this order
3.) One other form of identification (passport drivers license etc…)
IMPORTANT: The items can only be collected by the person who paid for the order. Your order can’t be released without showing your payment card & identification.
