Q: Can I use my Ipad / Iphone / Tablet to place my Groupon order
A: The sites are designed with these devices in mind but some settings / different devices can generate errors, please try to place your order on a Laptop / Desktop prior to calling
Q: The system is saying Your code id is in another person’s basket, how do I place my order:
A: Please allow twenty minutes for the groupon code to clear out of the basket. As its being held from a previous attempt for up to 20 mins to ensure orders are not duplicated.
Q: Why has my delivery address changed when making payment via Paypal?
A: Please be aware if paying via paypal any address you have previously selected will be over written with the confirmed paypal address.
Q: How do I choose an alternative address for my order:
A: If paying for postage by a credit or debit card you can select an alternative address this cannot be done when paying via Paypal
Q: I have made a mistake and chosen the incorrect / wrong address, can this be changed?
A: Sorry once the order has being shipped the address changes cannot be made as its left our warehouse, we will try to assist but its very important you choose the correct address first prior to completing the order.
