How it works

Purchase

Purchase a qualifying Lenovo Think product from an authorised Lenovo Dealer by 30th June 2021. You can find a list of qualifying products and Trade-In rewards on the Qualifying Products page.

Claim

Submit your claim on the Trade In Now page within 21 days of purchasing your qualifying Lenovo device.

You need to provide the following details:

• Purchase date of your new Lenovo product
• Place of purchase
• Invoice/Receipt number
• Details of your new Lenovo product (including its serial number)
• Details of your trade-in device
• A digital copy of your proof of purchase
• Your business or school details (including bank details)

Trade In

When your claim has been approved, follow the instructions supplied in your approval email and send Lenovo your Trade-in device(s). Please make sure your devices reach us within 60 days of you receiving your approval email. You will also need to include the provided barcodes in any packages you send – without these Lenovo won’t be able to identify your devices and progress with your claim.

Receive your trade-in reward

Once our technicians confirm your Trade-in unit(s) meet the Trade-in criteria, we will validate your claim. You will then receive your Trade-in reward directly to your nominated bank account within 14 days of your claim being validated.

Which devices qualify for this promotion?

• Register

Wait 14 days after purchasing, then register your new Lenovo ThinkPad laptops** no later than 30 days from your purchase date as shown on your receipt or invoice.

When registering your devices, you'll need to provide the following:

• Your invoice number
• A qualifying document (such as an invoice, receipt or order confirmation with delivery note) that clearly shows the products, retailer, price and date of your purchase
• The serial number of your new Lenovo devices
• Some personal/business details

Lenovo will email within 5 working days to let you know whether your registration has been approved, or if they need any further information from you.

Enjoy your new Lenovo ThinkPad laptops powered by AMD Ryzen™ PRO Processors for up to 90 days. Not convinced? Then submit a return request within 90 days from purchase date to receive a full refund. You'll have to provide:

• Reason for returning your Lenovo ThinkPads
• Your business bank account details

Once your return request has been received, Lenovo will provide you with instructions on how to send your devices back.

How do I return my devices?

Simply send your devices in good as new condition with all accessories and original packaging within 60 days of receiving your return request approval email.

As long as your devices meet the Return Requirements, you'll receive your payment within 30 days of your devices being approved for a refund, straight into your bank account.
