Overview

VigorAP 1000C is a Tri-Band AC2200 Ceiling-mountable Mesh Wireless solution, designed to expand coverage, eliminate Wi-Fi dead zones and significantly reduce the cost of network deployments. With an additional 5GHz radio, the VigorAP 1000C has a doubled capacity to provide current and future broadband connectivity capabilities to a higher density of clients.

Mesh Wireless

DrayTek's Mesh system connects and intelligently manages a group of VigorAPs over wireless. The Self-Optimising Mesh ensures your wireless network nodes are always using the fastest path to the Mesh Root.

Easy to Configure and Manage

The DrayTek Wireless app simplifies setting up your network. Optionally configure and monitor through one of DrayTek's management platforms - VigorACS cloud, VigorConnect, Router AP Management, or directly via the AP's Web Interface.

Tri-Band Access Point

The VigorAP 1000C provides one 2.4GHz and two 5GHz radios. Designate one 5GHz radio as a dedicated Mesh backhaul for improved Mesh network performance. Alternatively, use all 3 radios for wireless access to connect up to 384 clients per AP.

Benefits: One AP can support more clients and footfall. Improved Mesh performance.

Ceiling Mounting

The Vigor AP 1000C blends well with most home or office interior. Its adaptable deployment options include ceilings and wall mounting. The Vigor AP clips into its ceiling plates for secure mounting and easier maintenance.

Gigabit Power over Ethernet

The VigorAP 1000C can be powered through its Gigabit Ethernet interface with standard IEEE 802.3at PoE+ for a tidier and more convenient installation. Connect extra devices to the AP's 2nd LAN port.

VigorAP 1000C is a high-performance Mesh Wireless solution, designed to expand the wireless coverage, eliminate Wi-Fi dead zones and significantly reduce the cost of network deployments. It can also be used as a traditional access point either managed or stand alone so has the flexibility to be used how you need it.

The VigorAP 1000C is a Tri-Band 802.11ac Wave 2 Mesh Wireless solution, designed to eliminate wireless drop outs, stuttering videos, slow download speeds, poor signal and Wi-Fi dead zones. One access point acts as the controller (Mesh root) and in total up to 8 access points create an easy to manage wireless mesh. Extend coverage without running expensive cabling. Dedicate a 5Ghz radio as a Mesh Backhaul for increased Mesh performance and client capacity.

Initial setup of the VigorAP 1000C is easy with the DrayTek Wireless app, whether it's creating a new Mesh network or being set up in AP and Range Extender modes, the Quick Start Wizard assists throughout.

Manage the VigorAP 1000C centrally through the VigorACS central management platform, VigorConnect, Router AP Management, or simply on its own as a stand-alone access point. The VigorAP 1000C has the flexibility to be used how you need it.
