Lighter mornings and longer days have finally arrived...this means one thing..spring is around the corner! If you're anything like us, we are so looking forward to sunnier days, nature blooming and the perfect drink to accompany this beautiful season!
With the pubs and bars still closed, we've been looking for new ways to get creative in the kitchen when it comes to drinks, and nothing says springtime drinks like blitzed, blended and slushed cocktails.
This blogs recipes are packed with spring seasonals and easter essentials. The sweet and fruity notes make for a tasty and thirst-quenching delight, that's perfect for a weekend tipple at home.
All you will need for all of the below drinks is a good blender. That's right, no shaker, bar spoon or strainers, just pop it all in and give it a whizz! We have popped below our favourite three blenders at the moment:

Mini Egg martini
One of the best things about springtime is the return of Cadburys glorious Mini eggs, right? These little chocolatey eggs of goodness make the perfect springtime digestif … so you can have your pudding and drink it too!
Ingredients (makes one drink) :
4 Cadburys mini eggs
15ml crème de cacao
15ml Baileys
15ml hazelnut liqueur
Ice
Optional: Garnish by dipping the outer rim of the glass in some melted chocolate and then dipping in crushed mini eggs

Blackberry and elderflower lemonade
Blackberry are a true British spring/summer delight! These deep purple berries give a distinctive sharp and full flavour. Accompanying this is elderflower, which has a season that ends in July, making it a true taste of spring. Pair these with the bitterness of lemons and you have the perfect sharp and fruity drink for this season.
Ingredients (makes one drink):
Handful of frozen blackberries
25ml rum
25ml Elderflower liqueur
Top with some lemonade and a slice of lemon
Strawberry Margarita
This seasonal delight that screams British springtime also makes a mean margarita. This delightful drink offers the sweetness of berries, zest of lime and also packs a boozy punch.
Ingredients (makes one drink) :
A handful of frozen strawberries
30ml Tequilla
15ml Triple sec
The juice of ¼ lime
½ teaspoon of white sugar
Optional: Top with a slice of lime
Tropical Daiquiri
With warmer weather approaching, there is nothing more refreshing than the flavour of tropical fruits. This beautiful drink brings us back to sunny days and holiday vibes, a MUST try for spring 2021.
Ingredients (makes one drink):
A hand full of frozen mango
A hand full of frozen pineapple
25ml Passoa
25ml Malibu
Ice
Optional: Top with half of a passionfruit
Raspberry and Rhubarb frozen G&T
This drink combines two British springtime favourites,the raspberries bring a sweeter rich flavour whilst Rhubarb provides a crisp sharpness.
Ingredients (makes one drink):
A hand full of frozen raspberries
25ml Chambord
25ml Rhubarb Gin
Blend and top with tonic water
