If you're anything like us, the first thing you do when your delivery is due, is track it online! ArrowXL cleverly provides an
askAXL tracking web-app which allows customers to track their orders in real time, as it works its way through their network, all the way to the delivery vehicle via an interactive map. Plus, customers can feel at ease by being able to see the names of the Delivery Crew who will be delivering their item- pretty cool right?
It's important to note, not all services are currently available in all areas due to Covid-19, meaning doorstep delivery may be in place for affected by local restrictions. Your delivery crew will update you about any changes when pre-calling prior to delivery.
