Hi Jessica! Tell us three fun facts about yourself.

  1. I used to organise tournaments for Street Fighter 3rd Strike.

  2. My hair length is half my height!

  3. I love moss so much, I took a Bryology course.

When did your streaming journey begin, and what inspired you to start?

My mental and physical health makes it incredibly hard to consistently socialise outside of my house. A few years ago a friend suggested I stream on Twitch and since then the communities I am a part of have shown genuine kindness, care and friendship.

What's your favourite game/content to stream/share? What do you enjoy most about it?

My health and family experience from childhood took away nostalgia from me, so I like to explore retro video games! I also love to find eccentric games that didn't get much limelight and see what interesting things they have to offer.

Do you feel like there is a stigma for women streamers in the industry?

Yes there is, much like there is a stigma for women in all professions.

What's one piece of advice you'd give to women who want to begin streaming?

Create a safe space for yourself and your community. Do not tolerate rude behaviour and never be afraid to separate yourself from these people.
