Cube Custom built PC FAQs

How do I know if all of the components in the custom PC I designed will work together?

The Cube Custom Configurator has been designed with this in mind. The Cube Team have generated a database behind the scenes which stores all of the specifications for each component. There may sometimes be parts which are better suited together than others. Please contact us if you need any advice on choosing your components.

Can I save the PC I have designed and come back to it later?

Once you have designed your custom PC, you can easily access it in the future. Simply make a note of the configurator page’s URL (or add it to your bookmarked pages) once all parts have been selected. This can be opened in the future to continue where you left off.

I have returned to the PC I have designed and parts are missing?

The Cube Custom Configurator will only display parts which are currently in stock. Parts will not be shown if they are out of stock.

There is a part on your website which I’d like in my PC, but it’s not on the configurator. Can parts be added?

Of course! If you contact the Cube Custom PC Team we can add the part/s you would like.

Does the PC I design come built?

Yes. All Cube Custom PCs arrive built for you and ready to use. As part of our professional build service we include benefits such as 24 hour testing, professional cable management and the latest updates.

What else is included with my Cube PC?

Alongside your new custom PC you will receive a UK mains power cable and all of the spare parts which come alongside the components you have selected for your build.

Can I add parts I already own to my custom PC?

Yes. If you have a hard drive or graphics card you would like to add to your PC there are options on the configurator. The Cube Team will be in contact to confirm the parts you are adding and will also wire up the cables required for smoother installation.

Does adding my own parts affect my warranty?

No. The Cube warranty will cover all parts selected on the configurator. Any parts you add yourself will not be covered by the warranty.

Do you include all of the original packaging for the parts I have selected?

We don’t include them, but if you would like to have the packaging, please contact the Cube Custom PC Team who will arrange for them to be included.
