How do I know what condition the projector is in?

All of our refurbished items are graded from grade A to C. If the projector is a grade A it will be in mint condition, if it is a grade B it may show some signs of usage and if it is a grade C it may show heavy signs of usage. We also have an ‘open box’ grade which refers to an item that has not been used at all but the packaging has been opened.

Do I still have a warranty on refurbished projectors?

You have a warranty on all products from Box. Our refurbished products have a minimum warranty of 3 months, however, you’ll find that most of our refurbished projectors have a warranty of 12 months for the item and 6 months for batteries and adapters. Can I return a refurbished projector from Box?

Yes! You can absolutely return your projector to us if you are unhappy for a number of reasons including if you ordered it by mistake, changed your mind or the item was not as you were expecting.
