To cater to the needs of all our customers, we offer two delivery options at checkout so you can choose which best suits your requirements.

Delivery Options

3 - 5 Working Days
Free delivery on orders above £150.

Orders below £150 get shipped as ‘Standard Delivery’ at a cost of £3.95.
The delivery cost for any monitor is £7.95.

Express Delivery:
for all items except monitors is 1-2 working days and costs £7.95
Express Delivery for monitors costs £14.99.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and Scotland can take up to 3-4 working days. *Subject to payment clearing before 3 pm. Please note that standard working days are Monday to Friday and exclude any Bank Holiday in the UK.

Delivery Exclusions

We use a range of delivery services, including DHL, DPD, UK Mail, Royal Mail, Evri and UPS, depending on your location and the service selected.

Delivery status

We will do our best to deliver within the quoted delivery period when we accept your order. If we do not attempt a delivery within the quoted delivery period and you provide a full and correct delivery address, then we may offer a full or partial refund of the delivery fee. If you provide an incorrect delivery address and we are unable to deliver, then we may treat the order as cancelled by you and refund the price of the goods. The delivery charge will not be refunded. Should nobody be available to accept the delivery, the courier may attempt another delivery on the next working day available, unless you have already re-arranged a suitable delivery day. After this period, we may treat the order as cancelled by you and refund the price of the goods on receipt back. The delivery charge will not be refunded. We may send items individually, so if you have ordered more than one item from us, you may receive them on different days.

Item not received?

Please email us at cs@box.co.uk if you have not received delivery within 5 working days of placing your order. If you do not contact us within 10 days of dispatching the order, it may be too late for us to assist you, as couriers only allow up to 7 days for any delivery dispute. If you receive a damaged parcel, you must report it to us within 3 working days of delivery.
