I was recommended a laptop by sales but the performance was quite substandard and awful quality camera . I asked to return it a day later , several emails , slow comms and ended up having to pay £20 to return when I already ordered another laptop from the same company .

My new laptop is much better but something is with the sound settings , too low despite being on max . Overall disappointing
